OUR STORY
Pure Reform began with a simple belief – that strength should feel calm, personal and beautiful.
Meet the founder
Dupe founded Pure Reform to bring boutique reformer Pilates to Lagos: intimate classes, expert guidance, a space that feels like an escape.
Discover our Story
Pure Reform Pilates began with a simple question: why should movement feel clinical when it could feel considered? On Victoria Island, we set out to build more than a fitness studio a space where strength training meets the calm of a well-designed room, guided by expertise rather than noise.
We keep our classes small and our instruction close. Every member is met exactly where they are, whether it’s their first class or their fiftieth. Pure Reform isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving with intention, in a space built entirely around you.

Movement, Done With Precision
Every session at Pure Reform is built on three principles, technique, intention and individual attention. Here is how they shape every class.

Form Before Intensity
We train the body to move correctly before it moves quickly. Every session begins with alignment and control the foundation every stronger movement is built on.
A Practice, Not A Workout
Each class builds on the last. We track your progress quietly, adjusting resistance, tempo, and complexity as your body is ready for more.

Small Classes, Close Guidance
With limited spots per session, every instructor sees exactly how you move and adjusts in real time. Nothing about your practice is generic.
